The Government is likely to announce some funding in May to support the preparation of Neighbourhood Plans and to support groups to provide loans to buy and develop sites for affordable housing, community facilities and employment space. Falmouth & Penryn should ensure the Town Councils and Cornwall Council support the preparation of a Neighbourhood Plan for the area to ensure we don't miss out. Perhaps this group can work with others to led on this. I think it would be useful to meet?
